Southern Mindanao Institute of Technology of General Santos City (SMIT-GENSAN) - one of the existing institution now here in locality.

Smit-Tacurong is a sister company existing a years ago, and now they also have Smit - Gensan surely wanted to spread their success and want to have more competitive future once.

This recognized and significant Institutions was owned by Mr. and Mrs Federico and Josephine S. SeƱeres, who are leading this  institution together with the faculty and staff also who's teaching motivational skills and imparting knowledge and  talents for their loving students.

It was June 2007 the Smit-Gensan started, and it was located at Alunan Street., Santiago Subdivision Bula, General Santos City. Seeing what have excellent teaching and motivational training they offered by main, and now the Smit-Gensan offered as well for making soon individuals developed and successful in the future..
